Excellent Getaway Experience

The staff was very great. I initially booked a suite and extended my stay for another night. The second room was also spacious with plenty of room for our luggage. In the evening, staff prepared the bed and drew the curtains, this service added a luxurious touch.
The hillside location is not ideal for people with accessibility issues. Our pool villa had no direct sunshine because of the dense forest canopy, the pool was too cold for use. We could not fully enjoy the garden area.

I experienced multiple meals at the restaurant, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was AMAZING and some of the best I've had, the restaurant provided an extensive menu with diverse options to satisfy varying tastes.

The breakfast was fantastic. The staff greeted us and kept coming over. They made sure we were happy and offered more food. I loved the villa with a private pool. The staff were very courteous.
The location isn't great. The hotel has a buggy service to reach the town but it takes a long time. The traffic is terrible. I got bitten by mosquitoes every night in the bedroom.

cold poolaverage breakfast
the hillside location make this hotel unsuitable if you have accessibility issues. our pool villa got no sunshine due to the forest canopy, so the pool was too cold. i couldnt really use the garden area either. the breakfast was average, really nothing special at all.
